If you place a "mixed" order of different items, only one shipping charge will apply. For example, if you order two telescopes, two watches, we will only assess the shipping charge for the heaviest product (the telescopes) and your total shipping charge would be only $15.95 Domestic and $21.95 to Canada. The Shopping Cart will automatically calculate and display the appropriate shipping charge for you.

Return and Exchange Policies

Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of shipment for refund or credit. Please use insured mail or UPS in order to confirm receipt. We do not refund postage and processing. As noted on our invoices, we apply a 15% restocking charge for returns. Simply return your item in original condition with a brief note and a copy of your invoice. Defective Merchandise

In the event the item(s) you ordered is deemed defective, we will send you a return label and exchange it for you; but if you wish to get a refund instead, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping changes. *NOTE:  "we do not provide return labels for the sole purpose of a refund. If our return label is used for the aforementioned, it's cost will be deducted from your refund, including any restocking fees."


NOTE: If you received a "free" item under our "3-for-the-price-of-2" special deal and if you return one or two items, no free item will apply and the retained item(s) will be charged at its/their normal price.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days of shipment. You must return the item(s) you want to exchange in original condition with your receipt and include a note briefly describing your request. Please include a day-time phone number in the event we have some questions. If there is a difference in price, it will be credited back to you in the form you originally paid. If the exchange is higher in price, you will need to pay the difference; including any difference in shipping charges. We do not keep your credit card information; so if you need to cover the difference using your card, we will need to either speak to you by phone or you can include your card information by mail. Please be sure to include the expiration date.

How to order:

You may order via our website; by toll-free phone: 800/600-2777, by mail, and pay by check AMEX/Visa/MasterCard. Please include the last three digits on the back of your card to the right of your signature; along with the expiration date. Also include the credit card billing address and any alternate shipping address.

You “must” give the order code in the ad/mailer/insert. Also indicate the item you wish to order and the quantity.
